What do you love most about your job?
We just love helping to improve the lives of those we help on a daily basis. It's amazing how simple acts of kindness and caring can have a huge impact on someone's day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For over 25 years, I ran a small team of personal care assistants on a private basis, to look after a loved one in need of help with daily and overnight care. I gained a deep understanding of how the care system worked, and particularly its failings for both those doing the caring and those receiving it.
I vowed that one day I would do something to dramatically improve for people the quality of care being delivered to them, as well as improving the pay and working conditions for the carers themselves.
Along with my partner, I eventually acquired an established care agency by the name of Angel HomeCare, which was ailing and in need of help. We rebranded it, and CareRight was born!
We have since improved just about everything in the service and it is now thriving, growing and delivering high quality care for our clients.
Our mission is to "Deliver The Ultimate Quality in Homecare" and our clients agree that we are now doing just that!

That is what deep down you, our potential clients, are thinking when you are good enough to consider utilising our services.
It’s what keeps us focussed daily on what we are all about, and that really caring for people beyond just delivering care over their prescribed care hours is not enough.
We take a keen interest in what else interests you or your loved one, try and enhance your experiences in that, keep in touch regularly for a cup of tea and chat, to ensure we are delivering on our promises to you.

We can provide consultancy service online or remotely, but personal care, of course, has to be delivered personally.
However, we are appointing a full-time Client Experience Manager, whose job will specifically be to deliver on enhanced care service, like keeping in touch remotely via the technology now available, e.g. 'Alexa Show' devices, and to organise events run remotely, such a group bingo, raffles, talks, etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We comply with all reccomendations from the CQC, NHS, DCC, and all other care bodies. All carers are trained to the standards required to ensure we are effective in not just Covid 19 measures but for any other communicable disease.

Basic help and assistance with daily living activities
Personal Care
Regular help with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, undressing, medicines, meals, eating, mobility, shoping, etc.
Overnight Care
Overnight care, both sleeping and waking care.
Live-in Care
Full live-in care package for 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
