Our care assistants are carefully selected, Firstly, we run a rigorous DBS check to make sure that it is safe for us to recruit a new staff member.
After that, all our care assistants go through professional induction training which ends with an exam that they need to pass to start providing care in the community.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If we detect an outbreak of flu-like illnesses among our Care Assistants or clients, we implement proactive measures to minimise risk. For example, our Care Assistants are instructed to wear face masks during visits to protect both clients and themselves, helping to prevent further spread.
