The Registered Manager carried out a thorough assessment of my Mother's needs and wishes prior to the service commencing. My mum is extremely happy with the carers that visit her and provide companionship as she gets lonely . good continuity of care and Mum has got to know the carers. The staff are attentive to Mum. At Caremark Mid-Surrey and Waverley, our team want to care, they want to support another person to have a good day. Its not about taking over its about being what our client needs us to be, arms and legs to do things or ears for listening, its about ensuring it is right for our clients and their loved ones.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our team are covid-19 awareness trained, all PPE is provided and worn. We have ensured that there is PPE available to clients families for when they wish to visit. During the height of the pandemic we trained a group of volunteers in care so they could go early morning shopping for our clients keeping them safe at home. We have put our staff and clients in the safest position we can with training and equipment.
