Caremark support my mum. They are always available to review the situation and are open to suggestions from the family. They treat mum with respect and the care the provider is appropriate.

Caremark stepped in and helped my nan at very short notice nabeel was the best he got my nan care that she needed on Christmas eve, i honestly dont know where we would be if it wasnt for nabeel and my nan is happy now she has professional carers who actually care for there clients also the carers are all lovely they make nan smile and they are trying best with her again if it wasn't for nabeel I don't know where nan would be also lottie thankyou for taking my original call precissila thankyou for coming out amal always has a smile and makes nan smile thomas chloe shelter and lister saj leither and lynette are all good and dedicated with my nan and show care towards her also thankyou for being here at my nans most lowest point of her life 😊 we do appreciate everything you are all doing

I have been a client for 18 months , I am wheelchair dependant and have 5 calls every day. Punctuality is very important to me and their record on this is excellent even in bad weather and traffic problems. Every week I receive a rota with the time and name of the carer. This is very important , reassuring and gives me a sense of control. The care I get is first class; carers are respectful, approachable and sensitive to my needs. They are willing to do any tasks I ask. When I need to contact the office for anything, the call is immediately answered and staff are friendly and helpful. there are times when I request an extra call and this is without exception accommodated. The on-call service at evenings and weekends is also very helpful and efficient . I am giving excellent rating on all aspects. Caremark started to look after my parents a couple of weeks ago and so far have been excellent. The carers we have coming in and out are all very friendly, caring and professional, but what makes Caremark stand out for me is the way they engaged before we went ahead - taking lots of time to really find out what we needed, and putting mum and dad's mind at ease.
