Horrible company that employs racists and domestic terrorist supporters. Lakesha Johnson is a racist who hates white people. She also supports Hamas.

I have recently joined Caremark as their Clinical Lead. We are a Domiciliary Care Agency covering both Lincolnshire and Yorkshire supporting people in their homes and sheltered accommodation with simple to highly complex physical and mental health needs. I was made to feel at home by the extensive team of professionals and immediately felt valued by the team. Today being a fully integrated member of the team, I am having a positive impact on those in our care and within the organisation. On 15th of August, Caremark celebrated 15 years of providing Domiciliary Care, celebrating this with the people we care for, the team invited to a night of good food a cheer. More...

This company provided excellent care to our late father, enabling to remain in his home until he passed away peacefully at home in February 2025. All the carers were very caring, friendly, supportive to our father & his partner & looked after him for several months until he died. They nursed him at home in a hospital bed, visiting 3-4 times a day & gave all cares including pressure-area care & met all his hygiene & daily needs. We couldn't fault them, Thank you to all the carers who visited Eric. More...

I was really worried after dad had been in hospital and rehabilitation for over 21 weeks. Dad has had other care companies in for the last 8/10 years but hardly helped dad or helped me to support my dad. So when I found out that we had to find a new homecare company to be able to get dad home and supported. I only wanted the best for my dad and WOW that’s certainly what I got. I’m soo so happy I made the right choice and went with Caremark they really are the best out there. Nathan and Yvette have been the best 2 carers I’ve ever come across for my dad. Nothings ever too much they always go above and beyond!! I can’t thank them enough!! Fantastic Carers!! Fantastic Homecare Company Thank You!! More...

A camera in the room where they care is highly advised. I'm glad for this and the few who helped from caremark has my respect. The regulars i had were great but a lot of carers gave cold rushed quality service. I dont know how training works but deeper training in etiquette and careful handling with patients at their home is needed. Notes weren't followed properly and my wall have been scraped from them handling the bed. The young fella on the phone always had trouble communicating but Diego was fantastic everytime. I heard for years that the service from carers has always been an issue in the uk but after witnessing what they do in person I can see that the patient/ client need to be humanised and for the carers to see the client as themselves rather than the clock. These are someone's last days that they're dealing with. More...

Induction Training Yesterday marks the completion of my Induction training at Caremark Hull, and I felt compelled to share my overall experience, especially highlighting the medication training component. Having worked in the care setting for three years, I believed I had a solid understanding of what the role entailed, but this training truly surpassed my expectations. From the outset, the Induction training was exceptionally well-structured and comprehensive. Debra, our trainer, brought a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the subject matter that was both inspiring and infectious. Her dedication to ensuring that all participants understood each aspect of the training was evident. Debra’s teaching style was interactive and engaging, which made the material not only easier to grasp but also enjoyable to learn. The medication training, in particular, stood out to me. It was incredibly thorough and detailed, covering not only the practical aspects of medication administration but also the legal and ethical considerations that are vital in the care sector. Debra ensured that we were well-prepared to handle real-life situations we might encounter in our roles. The use of practical demonstrations and case studies allowed us to apply our learning in a meaningful way, which I found highly beneficial. I also appreciated the focus on teamwork and communication throughout the training. Debra emphasized the importance of these skills in providing high-quality care, and she fostered an environment where we could collaborate and learn from each other. This approach made me feel more confident and equipped to integrate into the Caremark team and contribute positively to the care of our clients. In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Caremark Hull’s Induction training. Debra’s excellent facilitation and the comprehensive nature of the training have significantly enhanced my knowledge and skills. I now feel more prepared to face the challenges ahead and provide the best possible care. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to enhance their skills in the care industry. Thank you, Caremark Hull, for such a valuable experience! John Osikpa More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Caremark is fully operational and taking extra precautions to keep people safe
During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we are operating a normal service, with all offices open and ready to support new and existing clients who need assistance at home.
The safety and wellbeing of the people we care for and our staff is of paramount importance. To ensure this we have implemented a number of extra steps in accordance with the latest expert advice, including ensuring all our care workers have and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, eyewear, aprons and gloves.
We are providing the same high levels of care during the coronavirus pandemic and our offices remain open. We are, however, taking extra precautions.
All our Caremark franchises are operating as normal during the coronavirus pandemic. A member of our friendly team will be happy to give you further details about Caremark’s home care services and how we can help you or your loved one.

Companionship Care
Loneliness and isolation a huge problem, it has also been associated with health issues such as depression, sleep problems, hypertension, stress and mental health problems.
At Caremark Hull, East Riding, Hull and Selby, we strongly believe that no one should feel loneliness or isolation, which is why we’ve created our companionship care service.
Our compassionate Care Assistants make our clients feel valued and appreciated and listened to, creating meaningful connections and a nurturing environment for individuals, boosting their happiness.
Dementia and Alzheimers Care at Home
Dementia care at home has many advantages over residential care and it allows the person living with dementia to stay in familiar surroundings alongside their loved ones for as long as possible.
Our highly personalised managed service helps individuals to live well at home. We provide flexible support that is adapted to suit you or your loved one’s changing needs, from 24-hour live-in care, day care at home, to short-term respite care.
Staying at home helps people living with dementia to retain their independence and dignity. Changes in routine and environment have been shown to have a detrimental effect.
By being able to stay in the safety and comfort of their own homes, it can help to provide enormous reassurance, which can help stabilise and slow the progression of many of the disease’s common symptoms.
Domestic Duties
We provide support with cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, shopping and much more.
Our range of domestic care and housekeeping services can ease the pressure and keep your home tidy and clean.
We can provide support with a range of chores and duties, from ad hoc tasks to day-to-day help on a live-in basis, helping you focus or your loved one focus on the things that really matter!
Medication Assistance
If you or your loved one is taking medication - particularly many different types of medication - it can be challenging to manage.
Caremark Hull, East Riding, York and Selby is here to take the stress out of medication management and organising prescriptions.
Our extensively-trained Care Assistants are happy to manage your or your family member’s medication and liaise with doctors and pharmacists. Additionally, we can assist in prompting you to take your medication, ensuring your independence or simply being there for vital extra support.
Personal Care
Our approach to personal care is based on understanding your or your loved one’s personal needs, preferences and values, so that we can provide support that retains as much independence as possible.
Respite Care
We specialise in providing respite home care and support to those caring for someone else.
When you’re looking after a loved one or family member it can be rewarding, but it can also be extremely demanding and exhausting. Taking time out is important for your health and wellbeing, and even just a few days rest can be enough to recharge your energy levels and enthusiasm.
Our expertly-trained Care Assistants ensure the up-most wellbeing our clients, whilst maintaining their happiness, allowing them to live life to the fullest extent!
Shopping and Meal Preparation
We know that caring for someone who is elderly or has physical or mental difficulties often involves helping them with so much more than just their personal care.
That’s why we offer a holistic service that considers people’s different lifestyles and needs, and aims to ensure they are happy, independent and leading as full a life as possible.
Social Activities
Shared activities and positive relationships contribute to our wellbeing but they also improve our brain health too.
Life events, such as bereavement, ill health, lack of mobility and confidence, and retirement can all contribute to reduced social networks, making it more difficult to stay active socially.
At Caremark Hull, East Riding, York and Selby, our social activity support service is tailored to our clients’ individual needs and we can assist with overcoming many of the challenges individuals face with socialising, helping you or your loved one feel at ease and enjoy the benefits, by feeling more content and create many new memories that will last a lifetime!
