What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff are completing LFD tests twice weekly, daily if caring for clients that are positive.
PPE is worn when undertaking personal care - gloves, aprons, masks or shields & shoe coverings if required.
Hand gel is used between tasks & clients as well as frequent hand washing.

• Emergency out of hours service
• Respite care and support

• PatchCare® – integrating clients to a new, flexible type of care which provides support to access friends and social activities, addressing isolation & loneliness.
• Non-Regulated care:
o General companionship
o Various domestic duties e.g. laundry, ironing, cleaning
o Preparation of drinks and light meals
o Assistance with shopping
o Collecting pensions
o Support with medication
o Assistance with reablement
• Accessing the local community
o Accompanying to appointments
o Social integration
• Regulated care:
o All aspects of personal care e.g. washing, showering, bathing, changing clothes, continence management
o Specialised support services e.g. assistance with PEG feeding and cleaning, catheter care, ileostomy/colostomy maintenance
• Full time care:
o Overnight care and support
o Live in care.
We will not undertake tasks that require the skills and expertise of clinical professionals including, but not limited to:
• Nursing care
• Ear syringing
• Removing or replacing catheters
• Enemas
• Injections (except EpiPen)
• Filling of oxygen cylinders
