Providing safe quality care and promoting independence. At Care Response a family owned and run Care Company , its our family looking after yours.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been the registered Manager for Care Response for the last 25 years and have loved every single minute. To be able to provide the standard of care to our clients that I would want for my parents has been so rewarding. Most of my small team of Care Workers have been with me in excess of 10 years and so as a team I know we provide excellent support not only to our clients but their extended families
I am extremely proud of the support and kindness shown to all of our clients over the last 25 years
Why should our clients choose you?
As a small Domiciliary care company you are guaranteed continuity of care provided by a small number of Carers to enable you to build a good relationship with us. Its as important to us to support extended families through what can be a stressful and emotional time as much as it is to support the client who we care for , we work closely with GPs and DNs as well as other services to ensure we look after all our clients needs

No we are not able to provide remote services due to the nature of the services we offer
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continued to provide care all through Covid and thankfully no clients or carers caught covid in the first wave , it was January 2021 before we had our first case of Covid
We sought advice from the infection control lead from the CCG and also the Berkshire Association of which I sit on the board

5 calls a day
