Domiciliary/Home care
Assisting with personal care - washing, bathing, toileting and dressing.
Support to meet continence care needs, including catheter care.
Administration and management of medication - reminding and monitoring compliance.
Meal preparation and nutrition - preparing meals, feeding and weight monitoring.
Companionship and Emotional support - reducing loneliness and isolation.
Domestic Support - light cleaning, household chores, grocery shopping.
Overnight and Live-in Care
Care of Choice provides carers for overnight care and support for individuals who require continuous monitoring and interventions through the night.
We also provide live-in care for individuals who cannot be left alone for their own safety or to meet continuous day time needs and intermittent night support.
Respite Care
We provide carers for relief of the main care givers, this can be sit-in services or short-term live-in whilst the main care giver is away.
This service can be arranged regularly or as-needed.
