On the garge conversion is involed pretty much everything,as the walls are single will need insolted walls/floors partition depends roof structure on some cases we need roof reinforsment plaster door fitting skirting flooring etc.

Loft conversion,cover the house with scaffolding remove the back side of the house,start removing the side of the roof,and build the structure.
