It’s also helpful to know if they have a preferred printing method, such as DTF or embroidery. We require complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number, so we can arrange dispatch properly.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start my own business came from a passion for creativity and a desire to bring people’s ideas to life through quality printing. I saw a growing demand for personalised and branded products, but also noticed a gap in services that truly focused on both creativity and customer care. I wanted to build something that offered not just printing, but a reliable and personal experience where clients feel heard and valued. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to follow my vision, explore new ideas, and grow at my own pace while helping others do the same through their designs and brands.

To keep our customers safe during Covid-19, we implemented several important precautions. We minimised in-person contact by offering full online order processing, from design sharing to payment and delivery. All products are handled with care, following strict hygiene practices throughout the printing and packaging stages. Our workspace is regularly sanitised, and staff members follow health guidelines, including wearing masks and maintaining cleanliness. For local deliveries, we offered contactless drop-offs to further reduce physical interaction. Our goal has always been to provide a safe, reliable, and comfortable experience for every customer.
