Sarah is a wonderful carer to my elderly mum who, with Sarah's support, still lives in her own home at nearly 90. From the moment we met Sarah (recommended by a friend whose mother in law had Sarah as a carer) there was instant rapport between my mum and Sarah. My mum is treated with dignity and respect at all times and communication with myself and my two siblings is great too. I feel Sarah has a genuine desire to support the elderly and I feel very lucky (every day in fact) that we met her. More...

They also keep regular contact, making sure everythings going ok. My P.A Sam is beyond excellent. She motivates, problem solves, organises and supports me so much. Nicola is absolutely amazing. My mum passed away a few years ago leaving my dad on his own with me a 3 hour drive away. Our situation was becoming increasingly difficult due to my dad’s age and mobility and this prompted me to reach out Calibre Care and Nicola in particular. I can honestly say that she has saved the situation, she acts with compassion and has a lovely way about her that my dad so needed. She is also on top of all his complex needs and can read situations that arise and deal with them efficiently, with great care and understanding. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Nicola highly enough! My biggest fear when first getting a PA was having to give up or share some of my independence, but in fact what has happened is I have gained so much more. The holistic support received from my PAs continues to be a valuable asset to my day to day living. It underwrites the whole meaning of "Person Centred Care". Whilst this support is professional, it is equally mirrored by the friendly compassion shown. Without the hard work, dedication and friendship that is put into my support on a daily basis I would be half the person I am today. It amazes me still the effort that the PAs, and Calibre Quality Care as a company put in to my support, not just in my presence, but behind the scenes too, arranging the best for me at all times. Thank you Calibre Quality Care from the bottom of my heart :) More...
