We had an urgent issue with the fibre line between 2 buildings, and cablewise really came through for us. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting such a quick response, but they got back to us almost right away and sent a team over fast. They took a good look at everything, figured out what was wrong, and explained it all in a way that actually made sense (I don’t know much about fibre!).
