Describe your creative process.
I work collaboratively with all my clients. Conversations & Brand articulation is really important for both myself & the client to understand the current & future of the brand/product. This aids my process in creating the perfect & precise brand identity & brand materials connected to the brand & project. I like to describe it as personality building which allows the client to understand how a brand communicates to its considered audience. I deliver multiple options to discuss with the client for them to understand the thinking behind each, development of concepts sometimes happens to pull from each option to create a final solution.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I need to speak with the client to understand their direction & needs, I also provide a Brand Articulation document to every new & returning client, which allows me to full understand the thinking & direction of the brand currently & moving forward to the future. This aids my process & ultimately gives the client & fully considered & complete brand execution.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating working relationships with new people & delivering something that is unexpected but loved.
