Bybrook were fantastic. I dealt with Becky for all the planning and she was prompt, and extremely helpful. Gary was in charge of the site visit and setting up in the week leading up to the wedding - he was really nice, and took all the stress out of this part of the setup. We had a number of minor adjustments to the package, which Bybrook were really flexible on. The marquee looked terrific, we couldn't have asked for more... Price-wise they were the most reasonable. Bybrook were brilliant! Out of all the vendors we worked with the team at Bybrook were notably the best, most efficient and accommodating company.
Planning a wedding in our back garden was no easy task and I had to amend our hire list over 20 times! As we realised all the things we would need. I spoke with Becky most weeks in the lead up to the wedding and she was reassuringly organised and very helpful. She was constantly updating our hire list and informing us of the best items to hire for different jobs.
We had to hire everything from the Marque, furniture, tableware, catering and appliances right down to the very last teaspoon!
I think our "job" may have been one of the hardest to set-up as the garden is on a steep slope with lots of steps, however the team set-up and dismantled everything so brilliantly. I really appreciate the work they did and 100% feel that they deserve every penny we paid. I couldn't recommend them highly enough for the service they provide.

Thanks to all the guys at Bybrook, they put our marquee up in a couple of days & set the table & chairs out just the way we wanted, it looked great, with that they were very polite & always ask me if everything was ok with the settings, I did look after them with teas & coffees so I guess it might of helped a little :-) Thank you again to everyone at Bybrook.

We are a family run business & this is for the future of my family, I would like my son to take it on after me then from there to my grandson, that what keeps me going.
