I have personally been involved in the construction industry for around 30 years. Throughout my career, I have managed teams on jobs in various areas, ranging from demolition to large-scale construction projects. My experience includes everything from small scale works to office-to-residential conversions and large-scale residential projects, where I have successfully obtained planning permissions for clients and assisted with architectural design and building control.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Our guarantees vary depending on the specific solution options we offer. For roofing, we provide guarantees ranging from 15 to 20 years. We also organize building warranties for house construction and major projects. For kitchens, bathrooms, and similar renovations, our guarantees are tailored to each individual project to ensure client satisfaction. For smaller works that do not have written guarantees, we stand by our reputation and commitment; we will return to address any minor faults or concerns that may arise.
