I recently used the services of Bubble Van for my business based on a recommendation. From the very start, everything related to my move was made clear during my initial phone call. Emil, whom I spoke with, was an absolute pleasure to deal with; friendly, professional, and thorough in answering all my questions. The moving team was exceptional. Here is a list of the things that happened when I moved from my home of 40 years right across london using: i) The packers were in a rush to go for lunch then drive to my new flat. I never had an opportunity to inspect the property with them to check they had moved everything into the removal van. They were slap dash. I just about managed to rescue the kitchen situation but the hall cupboards I now know were never emptied. Several important possessions were left behind in my old home as a result and I have not been able to retrieve them 2) All my possessions were held to ransom upon the arrival of their removal van outside my new home: I was told my things would not be taken off the removal van unless I paid all the rest of the removal costs via bank Bac in spite of the written contract that stated the remainder of their charges was due upon removal completion. I had of course paid the deposit requested by the company immediately upon demand a month prior. This conflict was extremely upsetting and exhausting when I was already worn out by all my lone packing efforts. iv) One of the removal men walked off with the screws necessary to reassemble my only bed in his pocket. I had to spend 2 nights in a hotel until I paid a handyman to reassemble it. the company were non contactable and never returned my calls to return the screws urgently v) As I have unpacked my possessions bit by bit I have discovered many chips and nicks from my move. The worst is the chips on the side of my grandfathers antique Chinese cabinet which they promised me was gong to be so carefully looked after in their van. All lies vi) Also I had bought a high quality mattress cover so mine was protected in the van. I had placed it carefully so I could use it when the moment arrived .It turns out that one of the movers had thrown this unopened cover into an open box and sealed it as I discovered it when I unpacked later. One of the packers was quite angry and nasty when I was going mad looking for it and trying to enlist their help. He even called his boss to complain about me accusing him of packing it. I bought these men lunch, coffees and tipped them generously but I really wish I hadnt in retrospect. My memory of leaving my hone of 40 years will be forever tarnished by their lack of professionalism, their anxiety to get lunch and go home, and their boss's bullying and blackmail. I will be reporting this business to the CAB and to the trading standards office BEWARE More...

Incredibly fast and communicative. They all just grab the phone of they want to ask you anything and i love that. Payment was done via a link through email and that was professional. Very friendly, realistic with times (not giving you false hopes). So straightforward and brilliant service. The only recommendation i would give is please avoid driving through our near central London cause of traffic. We arrived 25 minutes before them and we went with the best traffic-less route according to Google Maps. Other than that all brilliant - will definitely book Bubblevan again! More...

When I phoned to enquiry about cost etc I spoke with the most NICEST person called, Kadior. He was so friendly, kind and really took the time on the call to understand what it was I needed and for how long. I had got quotes from other places but to be honest, the moment I spoke to Kadior I knew I could trust this company and there was not going to be any hidden costs. The day of removing, the two gentleman (sorry - I cannot remember their names), they did a FANTASTIC JOB! Careful, quick, efficient, what more could you want? I personally have moved more than several times and this company is the BEST! I don't plan on moving house again for a long time however, I will be recommending this company to others. I was very surprised how quickly these guys transferred all my personal belongings! I booked early to avoid any complications for completion day, but there were absolutely no glitches from Bubblevan! Everything was done in a timely manner, and although the guys had to wait around most of the day (waiting to obtain keys in a chain) - they were very courteous and patient.
