What guarantee does your work come with?
My public liability insurance is my legal guarantee for any works that cause issue or damage. However, I am an honest person, that if something I have installed or produced work, was of an inadequate quality and consequently causes an issue or damage - I will be there to rectify it, no quibbles. Although this is not true for materials and products, the manufacturer will be at fault for this.
What do you love most about your job?
The variety in producing astounding quality work for a range of clients with a range of needs. As a project manager (at heart) I make sure I understand a clients project desires, and make sure that is delivered, whilst communicating well throughout the project to make sure any blockers or milestones are executed or overcome effectively.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Understanding I can do it better than most trades people with the added expertise in full scale building project lifecycles. Rarely, unless you're charge excessive costs, can you get a bespoke construction service tailored to your needs. I bring high end ideas and products, whilst servicing them at cost-effective budgets.
Why should our clients choose you?
Being able to turn a clients brief into a tangible dream is an asset overlooked in the construction trade. With usually a piecemeal approach of varying trades and ideas, Bromley Builds can bring a unified approach to making sure a project is executed effectively and to deliver on a clients needs.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Remotely is a possibility for interior design elements. However, I would always insist on a site visit to be able to make it bespoke for a clients space and requirements. Any other building works we produce must be on site to complete.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Communication, transparency and space. If a client advises of a vulnerability, we will do everything possible to keep any work persons separate from the spaces they occupy where possible. And if we can't for whatever reason, we are transparent on why this could be an issue for completing works allowing for alternate arrangements to be made.
