Second to none from start to finish this company turned my traumatic experience, with a previous.... "I can give you a good price. ..." builder who left the property flooded, and not just with my tears! to poor joy. Their professional admin team, detailed quote, quality workmanship, can-do and supportive client approach, after-sales/work satisfaction follow-up, ...... I can go on. During May and June of this year (2023), we had two bathrooms refurbished by BCKB. Antony's survey was very thorough; and the quote he produced was very detailed with every task itemised and costed. He also made some recommendations which we took on board.

We chose BCKB for these reasons; and are very pleased to say we made the right decision. Damian, the installer was first class. He was meticulous throughout, and ensured that any potential issues were communicated well, so that decisions could be made with the minimum of fuss.

Damian worked extremely hard to ensure that both bathrooms were finished on time, and went beyond what was expected of him to get the job done.

Bristol City Kitchens & Bathrooms installed a new en-suite in a bedroom, replaced and upgraded the downstairs WC, boarded my loft and did some general odd jobs such as installing additional plug sockets.

I absolutely recommend this company. Anthony was incredibly professional throughout and really went out of his way to meet my needs, answer any questions, and generally managed the project incredibly well.
