What’s your signature dish?
I would say our classic Sunday roast is one of the best out there. To be honest everyone who works here including the office team love cooking so we all have a cook off now and again. So the answer is, all food and all dishes
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have some sample menus for clients to view, but of course its not about us. Our menu's are based around our clients and what they want

What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was 17 (some years ago) I applied for a kitchen franchise, I stupidly thought it was selling kitchens - little did I know it was to run one being self employed. Anyway like a duck to water it was a success and let do opening a small chain or bars, cafes & restaurants followed by our catering company that has gone from being in my kitchen to a large unit. So I did it because I was being daft, but now I have a great company with a great team

We can provide both remote & in person. Our office is based in Keynsham and is open Monday - Saturday from 10am - 5pm (later by appointment)
Classic Buffets
Our classic buffets are a huge hit and come in at just £8.50pp*
This includes homemade sausage rolls, homemade cheese straws, quiches, sandwiches (mixed fillings) fruit platter, crisps, dips & MORE!
*based on a minimum of 20 people. Collection available or free delivery for over 50 people within 5 miles
Wedding's
We can cater the whole day from fresh pastries to a full english for breakfast, 3 course sit down meal with dessert, buffet, canapes & cheese platter for the late leavers.
We also offer wedding planning, decorations, equipment hire & venue hire (Keynsham only)
Having a festival style wedding? We can provide multipul food outlets offering different foods to wow your guests! Speak to David for bispoke pricing
If your wedding is held in our venue we offer packages from £2500 that include private hire, sit down meal for 50, evening buffet for 50 & free PA system & lighting
Food Stalls
We are know for our great food pitches! We do the famous Pieminister pies, pulled pork, smashed burgers, pizza, hot dogs, jamacan, chinese, indian and any other you can think of! Speak to us to find out more

We have two great venues in Keynsham. Perfect for parties of 35 - 120 with a large garden (seats 250)
With all hire's we offer free disco lights & PA system, disco's from £175 and live entertainment from £250
