How long have you been in business?
I live in London 20 years I start to do this job 10 years ago I think I have good experience, me and my team trying our best to keep the clients happy, I'm very particular about cleaning.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I like to organize a visit so I can see the client's home and the client can meet me. Normally my clients provide cleaning materials, but we can discuss about. The most important thing for me is knowing that the customer is satisfied.
What do you love most about your job?
I really like it when I clean a room or bathroom or kitchen and then we look at it and say wow! it was wonderful! I make the most of the hours I am given, then seeing the house all clean is rewarding, I am proud of my service, and seeing that the client is happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started, to see what it was like and it's been 10 years, I really like what I do.
