How long have you been in business?
BrightByrd Cleaners is a newly established company, but with over 10 years of combined experience in the hospitality and service industries, we bring a wealth of expertise to our business. Throughout our careers, we have had the privilege of working in prestigious 4- and 5-star hotels in renowned areas such as Knightsbridge, South Kensington, and St. Paul’s. During this time, we honed our skills in advanced cleaning techniques, attention to detail, and exceptional presentation standards. Now, we are excited to apply this high-level knowledge and experience to our own business, offering clients a superior and professional cleaning service.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
At the request of our clients, we’re happy to either bring our own professional equipment and cleaning products or use what’s provided. This flexibility allows us to meet specific preferences while still delivering the highest quality service.
What do you love most about your job?
We’re really proud to apply our knowledge and skills to build our business from the ground up. It’s been a journey that’s taken time, but we’re excited to have finally taken the first steps toward turning our vision into reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have ambitious plans for the future, including developing our own line of eco-friendly products and, eventually, expanding into property management or even launching a boutique hotel. For now, this marks the first phase of our journey, and we are excited to build on this foundation as we work towards our broader goals.

As a cleaning company, we’re committed to keeping our customers safe by using disinfectants that kill COVID-19, wearing masks and gloves where applicable, and sticking to high hygiene standards. We offer contactless services, focus on sanitising high-touch areas, and make sure spaces are well-ventilated. We also follow all local health guidelines and keep our customers updated on the steps we’re taking to keep them safe.
