We are pleased to offer our general cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning services to you.
Our company has been providing high-quality cleaning services to homeowners in south London, and we take great pride in our work and reputation.
Our End of Tenancy Clean Schedule includes:
General living areas
• Wash all doors and door frames
• Wipe down all skirting boards
• Clean coving, picture rail and cornice
• Remove all cobwebs
• Clean all internal windows including frames, ensuring to remove any mould from sill
• Clean plug-sockets, light switches, lampshades
• Polish all mirrors and pictures
• Clean all radiators
• Vacuum all carpet and floor surfaces. Mop/polish hard flooring.
• Vacuum any upholstery
• Polish furniture
• Clean and vacuum inside all storage cupboards
Entrance, Hallway and Stairs
• Wipe down all banister, stairway and handrail
• Clean front door inside and out, polish letter box
Kitchen
• Clean and polish all kitchen cupboards and drawers, along with kickboards
• Wipe all countertops
• Removal of any grease from wall tiles, clean and polish
• Sanitise fridge freezer including sides and top of unit. This should be defrosted prior to our arrival.
• Clean micrawVe
• Clean dishwater including filter.
• Cleaning washing machine includes soap tray and door rubber seal.
• Deep clean of the oven,
• Clean and polish hob
• Degreathe se cooker hood filter
• Degrease and polish cooker.
• Removal of all limescale from taps and sink, clean and polish
Bathroom/WC/En-suite
• Clean bath and polish, including bathrooms panel
• Wipe and polish all wall tiles
• Removal of limescale from taps and polish
• Clean shower unit inside and out, clean fittings including removal of all limescale and polish
• Clean and disinfect toilet, including behind unit and pipe work.
• Wipe and polish all towel rails
• Wipe extractor fans
• Clean all cupboards, units, and surfaces and polish them,
• Clean and polish floor
the Bedrooms
• Clean and polish all furniture including inde wardrobes, drawer units and bedside table.
• Vacuum mattress and under bed
Removal of rubbish/Furniture
We are happy to remove small items of rubbish from the property however, we will charge a removal fee for any furniture items or large amounts of rubbish left at the property.
Anything left in food cupboards or cleaning products left behind in the bathrooms or kitchen will be disposed of.
