I enquired about a home clean as I was due to go into hospital for surgery and wouldn't be able to clean myself. at first I was impressed when Alex emailed straight back and seemed sincere about my situation. Very unprofessional company. Cleaning fluids diluted, false price increases. Untrained staff requested to clean mental health patients ! ! (Who will then expose them self to cleaning staff!!) Do not respond to phone calls or complaint messages left from staff members. Treat their staff poorly. Will black mail them into working later or deliberately be paid late !! Please be aware when booking your clean at Bright and Beautiful. you are paying top prices for your clean which is being carried out by underpaid over worked staff. paying minimum wage, Mangement take on staff that work pay check to pay check and totally exploit it. Withholding money for any small reason, not paying staff for overruns, withholding holiday pay. No breaks for staff working 6 hours a day.Your cleaning chemicals are watered down so have really no effect, clothes are dirty and equipment is old.
