What do you love most about your job?
Taking the stress away from clients who previously managed their own properties.
Demonstrating an independent approach to management without the client being viewed as just a number, as is often the case with a typical high street agent.
Providing the client with a single point of contact for all enquiries and ensuring responses to emails and questions within a day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to prove there is a better way to manage properties. It's about maintaining relationships with people, being honest and fair. I previously worked at high street agents and was always disappointed with the way everything was controlled by head office.
