Ross, Richard and the team did outstanding work in my garden after I’d been badly let down by another contractor. They put right work that had been done shoddily, were quick to understand what I needed and to offer suggestions, and everything they’ve done has been completed to a very high standard and at a fair price. Outstanding job. I’d been badly let down by the contractor I originally hired for the work in my garden. Bound2 had delivered a very professional quote (wish I’d gone with them in the first place! ) and were happy to requote to complete the work and put right the shoddy work of their predecessor. They proved to be professional, competent, flexible, completely reliable and came up with creative solutions to a couple of challenges we encountered.
