Borders Property Solutions contacted me as the result of my question about sourcing a firm in the local neighborhood to insulate the roofing area of my Dormer Bungalow.
They very quickly contacted me and arranged to come out and give me a free estimate of the work needed, the materials required, a schedule to do the work and a price for completing the contract.
The day after the visit an email arrived containing the above information.
I replied and accepted the quoted price and arranged a date for the work to commence.
There was a slight upset to the delivery date for the materials being delivered by one of Borders Property Solutions suppliers. ..... Darren Johnstone went "over and above" to make sure that the goods were delivered and the crew of three could fulfill the job to the estimated price and on time.

Made appointment, turned up on time advised fully on what was needed and cost for full days work by 2 people. Gave me a quote which was very reasonable and also agreed price for on going 2 weekly maintenance again acceptable
