I had Adrian in for some work recently and will use him in the future and would highly recommend him to others.
The job focussed around insulating our single skin porch, plasterboard and plastering, painting and decorating, some plumbing to move and reinstall some radiators, replace skirting, and remove an old wooden front door and install the new composite door.
Work all done to high standard, and nothing was left without full satisfaction, plus he returned after two weeks to take care of a small issue with moisture. All good so far!

- Left the job halfway apparently due to not having Van
- Was unable to complete the full works originally agreed
- Left property in a complete mess for me to clean
- Changed pricing on the job after we agreed price

It sounds like there may have been some miscommunication during the project. To clarify, the original quote was based on the initial scope of work. When the additional work was requested, the quote needed to be adjusted accordingly. Regarding the van issue, we appreciate your understanding. We're glad we could offer the free rubbish removal to compensate for the delay. Upon leaving you advised you were happy with all the works, I go above and beyond to ensure my customers are happy therefore I would not have left if this was the case.
