The worst experience. Cowboy, botched job replacing my boiler, who had no idea what he was doing and fitted in the cheapest, worst Vaillant boiler on the market. Many, many mistakes throughout the job, even broke my wall at one point, and left a lot of mess and dust after each day. He wouldn't arrive to start the works until 3pm and would continue until midnight (his excuse was he'd be sleeping in the morning/afternoon after a night of emergency call-out jobs) and was completely ignorant and careless of the neighbourhood noise restrictions despite informing him several times. As soon as the job was "done" there was a leak in the system which he came out 2x to diagnose but failed to do so and kept saying it was due to it being a new system and would eventually settle. Had to call out another plumber to fix the issue who couldn't believe the state of the entire job despite it being completely newly done. Would avoid this plumber at all costs, unprofessional and incompetent in every way. REPLY to Owner review: I have all the WhatsApp messages which show that I informed you of all my concerns as soon as the job was done and also informed you I would be escalating the matter to the relevant Ombudsman/regulatory body and it was I who decided to cut ties with your services given all the problems. I also have all receipts showing that all payments were made in full, so I have no idea where these "freebies" have suddenly hailed from. I also have WhatsApp messages highlighting your recommendation of the model of boiler. I agree, we said we wanted a Vaillant boiler, but that was as far as our input extended. The leak was NOT fixed and again, i have WhatsApp messages explicitly relaying this to you and that I would be getting another plumber to fix the issue as you had failed to do so on two occasions, and you agreed that would be a good idea. I understand your need to defend your reputation, but this was my genuine, horrible experience with your service, so I will not accept your blatant lies. Seeing your 5* Google reviews is what initially attracted me to your company, however I soon realised your expertise lay within emergency call-outs and not more complex heating engineering jobs hence the vast multitude of errors I was left with. This is why I decided to leave a review for any prospective customers who are thinking of changing their boiler or wanting more complex works carried out. There was no need to involve you any further with videos as by then the professional relationship between us had broke down and I wanted nothing more to do with your services. Complete trust had been breached, and once the fault was diagnosed by an expert plumber (failed to be done by yourself twice) I had no reason to contact you as what would you have done if you couldn't diagnose a fault you yourself caused? On one hand you say we took advantage of your generosity, we demanded "freebies" and you distanced yourself and didn't want to work with us any further and had no idea of these issues until my Google review and the leak was fixed, and now you say you did know of the faults and offered to pay for a plumber to diagnose the leak and asked for videos? Which one is it? Honestly, your petty lies are pathetic, and just as poor as your workmanship. I am happy to post all the WhatsApp messages between you and I, with dates and times, on this review platform for everyone to see and also to re-jog your memory if you wish to continue to lie. We use a pre pay meter and our gas shut off this afternoon when we unexpectedly ran out. After topping up and attending the meter box outside and following the instructions everything seemed fine- we had hot water running until we checked the central heating. Our boiler is located in the loft and had a 227 error code. My elderly grandma lives with us and it has been freezing all day and you could imagine how vulnerable she is, so it was an emergency. I called a couple of numbers to no success but found a video from Juned on YouTube. I gave him a call as his number was at the end of the video but didn’t realise he’s located in Essex! We live in Birmingham! He was kind enough to help us out via FaceTime and instructed me every step of the way and helped us save some gas in the process too!
