what i love most is the opportunity to make a positive impact in our service user's lives, we love to assist , provide useful information to ensure goals are achieved and help overcome challenges. It is great to know that as an organisation we would contribute to building success and provide high-quality care to our service users.

The desire to create an impact in the lives of our service users, and to help, care and provide a service that is person-centred while ensuring their lives get better. Seeing the difference we could make in an individual's lives motivated me to take the leap and turn the passion into a business.

In addition, our experience in care our ability to handle challenges effectively and can provide high-quality needs tailored to their needs. we would ensure that we empower all our clients, promote their privacy and dignity while we ensure safe care and enviroment.

At Bobby Elite Care, we do not provide online services or remotely.

At Bobby Elite Care, we implemented changes which include maintaining strict hygiene protocols for all staff and also in-person meetings. We provided clients with clear guidelines on safety measures and increased communication about health and safety practises to reassure clients and keep them informed. The specific measures we put in place includes; sanitization of workspaces, requiring mask during in-person meetings and ensuring social distancing protocols were followed. We provided clients with options for remote consultations and adapted our services to be flexible, allowing for virtual support.
