Following a hip replacement I called upon the support of Bluebird Care. An assessment before the operation was most helpful and we agreed a programme of daily visits. As I slowly recovered mobility the visits were reduced to three times a week and soon I will be able to dispense with their help. Throughout I have been most impressed with Bluebird Care, both from the admin side and the carers who are conscientious and willing to deal with any task. I strongly recommend the service they offer. Bluebird Care have been fantastic in accommodating our needs, from the initial point of contact to the final delivery of their services and their continuation of services. The managers have bent over backwards to support us. We have no concerns to raise at all with the service and the care that is provided to our pupils is always first class. The care team have fitted into the school extremely well and have become an integral part of our team. They have made a huge difference to the way in which we run the school and the care of the pupils is at its highest. The staff are not only friendly, but they are also extremely professional and conscientious. I highly recommend them to anyone who requires care either for themselves or a relative. They treat their staff outrageously, making them work long gruelling shifts and criticize them when they dont cover a shift on their day off. No flexibility with working hours and seem to be relatively unflexible with their care shedules for the patients too. More...

Be warned you will not have regular carers for longer than 2 weeks and often inexperienced, , my mother hade 12 different carers in one week, still have got the rota to prove it, many times my dad helped one carer as the second one was late or never turned up , often late due to carers not given enough time to travel between calls , my mum has MS and needs experienced carers , Remember the meaning of the word CARE [ fell concern or interest ]
