Talk and reminisce about times past
Prepare fully balanced healthy meals
Schedule and collect medication
Take care of the shopping
Ease the burden by looking after those everyday chores
Accompany them on visits to friends and family
Help them settle into bed at night
Go for walks together
Companionship Care
Companionship care is designed to help your loved one maintain their independence at home, with the support of a warm and friendly companion. This care goes beyond just providing assistance. It’s about ensuring that your loved one has someone to talk to, share their thoughts with, and enjoy life alongside.
Whether it’s a few hours of companionship each week or more frequent visits, our carers provide a tailored approach. They’re there to help with simple tasks, like preparing a favourite meal or changing the bedding, but also to offer a friendly face and listen to the stories that matter most to your loved one.
Home companion care is about fostering genuine friendships. Our carers take the time to learn your loved one’s preferences, hobbies, and hopes, ensuring a meaningful, human connection that goes far beyond the typical care provided.
Respite Care
Respite care is all about giving you the opportunity to take a much-needed break while ensuring your loved one continues to receive the attentive care they deserve. It’s a way to pause and recharge, knowing that they are in safe and capable hands.
When we say respite care, we don’t just mean anyone stepping in. Our dedicated Care Experts are carefully selected, highly trained and emotionally intelligent so you can be sure they’ll provide the best care possible. They take the time to get to know your loved one’s needs, preferences, and routines, so their care feels seamless and comforting.
Whether it’s short term or long term, our respite care services offer you a moment to breathe. By caring for yourself, you’re better able to continue caring for those you love. So let us help you find that balance.
Live in Care
Live-in care means having a fully trained carer living with your loved one in their home, providing personalised support tailored to their needs. It’s about ensuring that they can remain in familiar surroundings, where every room tells a story and every corner brings a smile.
With a Live-in Carer, there’s no need to leave behind the familiar just because personal care needs have changed. Our highly trained Care Experts will live with your loved one, providing the everyday care and support they need right in their own home.
This support can be customised to fit your needs, whether it's 12 hours a day, with a two-hour personal break for the Live-in Carer, or 24 hours a day with coverage from two different Care Experts. The choice is yours.
What remains constant is our commitment to helping your loved one live a safe and fulfilling life at home.

Community involvement to build confidence and social connections.
Household assistance to help with daily chores.
Respite care for family members who need a break.

Our friendly Care Experts are here to provide emotional support and a listening ear whenever you need it.
Dementia Care
We don’t think dementia should stop your loved one from living the life they want. Which is why we’ve designed our Dementia Care in the way we have.
First off, we’ll work with you to create a routine that gives your loved one as much independence as possible. Maybe they have trouble getting started in the morning so they want someone to whip them up a warm breakfast. Or maybe they’re too stressed to sleep, so they want someone in the next room, ensuring they’re safe throughout the night.
Whatever it is, we’ll create a specialised care plan that suits your loved one’s lifestyle and needs.
Once the care plan is in place, it’s time for our Care Experts to take over. Experienced and empathetic, our Care Experts are highly-trained care assistants who can visit your loved one in their own home, providing the vital support they need. And helping them maintain the quality of life they’re used to.
Children's Care
Our Care Experts aren’t just well-trained. They’re also well-versed in handling almost any kind of situation your child might find themselves in. From challenging behaviour and autistic spectrum disorders, to physical disabilities and sensory impairment, they have the kind of practical experience that will give you confidence – and help your child live life the way they want.
From short-term to long-term
How long we support your child is completely up to you. If, for instance, you’re in hospital recovering from an illness, we can provide temporary care for your child while you get better.
Or if you’re completely fine but your child has a challenging condition and you need help looking after them, we can offer longer-term support as well.
There’s no minimum or maximum amount of time.
