What do you love most about your job?
Supporting others to remain as independent as possible in their own homes, making a difference in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw first hand how "bad care" can affect someone with dementia, and wanted to make a difference to support others not having to go through the same situation as we did. We want to be able to support our customers to remain as independent as possible in their own home, and receive the care support we would expect to receive ourselves.

With over 11 years experience in the care industry, we know how to deliver the best care to our customers, with the right team and systems in place to support this.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Throughout Covid, we have to follow the guidance in place, ensuring the correct PPE is available to our staff to use from gloves, aprons, face masks and eye protection as and when needed. Staff are trained in infection control and are kept up to date with changes in guidance. When staff test positive for Covid, they are taken off work for a minimum of 5 days to reduce the risk of being in contact with those more vulnerable.
