What inspired you to start your own business?
Bluebird Care Market Harborough & Oadby, is a family ran business.
After seeing the what our Grandmother went through with Dementia, we wanted to seek ways in which care users can benefit from care within the comfort of their own homes, without going into a care home.
This is something we were not aware of, when our beloved Grandmother was with us. We discovered this amazing new opportunity, which enables us to give back and offer independence to care users in their own home. We offer tailor made home care, as no two people are the same.

Our staff are highly trained, and compassionate by nature. We go through a robust recruitment plan prior to hiring staff. We are strong on quality and personalisation. We thrive on treating your family like ours.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At Bluebird Care we are taking the potential impacts of coronavirus very seriously, and as an organisation we are taking the necessary precautions to protect both our customers and our workforce.
As well as maintaining our strict policy guidelines on hygiene and infection control, we are also putting contingencies in place in the case that COVID-19 does lead to staff shortages. Currently, we are not affected by staff shortages due to COVID-19. If staff shortages result we will be operating a stream lined service. Upon implementing this you will receive further communication on how this could affect you from our Registered Care Manager.
Currently none of our customers have been diagnosed with or showing sypmtoms of COVID-10. Further, if any of our customers show symptoms of Covid-19, or if they have been in physical contact with someone whom has been has been diagnosed with the virus – we will follow guidance from the NHS and Public Health England.
