First off I'd like to say a massive thank you to Blue Crocodile and Harrison Blakey for making our dream come true and helping us so much in the progress to buying our first house! A year ago we could only dream of where we are now and I'm so happy I was highly recommeded to use these and I'm glad we did because I would now recommend them to anyone myself, they was amazing. We have recently dealt with Liam at Blue Crocodile to find a mortgage for right to buy. As someone who is new to homebuying I had lots and lots of questions and Liam was fantastic, explaining everything clearly and anticipating what would come up at the next stage. My main anxiety was understanding fees and what I would have to pay not just for my mortgage but for insurances and solicitors. Liams breakdown of this was absolutely outstanding, I felt in control of a process that has -in the past seemed mystifying. Blue crocodile have a really up-to-date way of working and all appointments were done over the phone or by email. No having to take time out of work to sit for hours in a dusty bank managers office.
