During the period we worked in the residential care homes, we observed that most residents despite the high quality of care given to them, were still not incredibly happy because they were separated from the people and things that matter most to them. These responsibilities exposed us to the lack of high-quality care services available that could deliver care to clients, and this helped us to identify the need for the new business.

Documentation of visits is done via a software system that can be accessed anywhere in the world, using a mobile/tablet/computer, this then can be shared with consenting relatives daily.
