Q&As

We are always fulfilled when we assist vulnerable adults in our communities to become more independent in the most dependable, compassionate, efficient, dignified, and person-centred manner.

As people who have seen both sides of care, and witnessed the devastation of failed and inefficient care services have caused clients and their families. During the period we worked in the residential care homes, we observed that most residents despite the high quality of care given to them, were still not incredibly happy because they were separated from the people and things that matter most to them. These responsibilities exposed us to the lack of high-quality care services available that could deliver care to clients, and this helped us to identify the need for the new business.

We offer premium home care services most reliably and compassionately. “Whether that’s attending social, religious, sports, or recreational events, we will be there because we want to let you carry on being you, on your terms, where you most want to be in your own home, surrounded by everything precious to you.
Unlike most home-care companies, Blossom’s home visits are always for a minimum of 50 minutes, which allows time for carers to get to know their clients properly, helps them maintain their standard of living and independence, and enables good, therapeutic relationships between the client and the carer.
To ease concerns over the reliability of the care provided, our home care services are monitored in real-time for quality and compliance with care plans. Documentation of visits is done via a software system that can be accessed anywhere in the world, using a mobile/tablet/computer, this then can be shared with consenting relatives daily.
