Really pleasant and friendly encounter with Richard at Biotech! he gave me 2 different quotes for different systems as i requested for a maximum ouput system with battery storage and a more budgetable one to see the difference, he was very prompt with everything i needed and was in constant contact about the whole installation, the lads that came and put up the scaffold were fantastic and the next day the roofers and electricians came and carried out the job to a very high standard! they have gone the extra mile from start to finish with everything and have answered and alterered any queries or changes i had on the system, a great team and i will definately be recommending to my friends! I had very prompt and timely service from Richard at Biotech. He responded quickly to my tentative enquiry and once we had established my dwelling type and size, gave me a quote within the hour for 2 types of panels - one just Solar and the other including a battery system which saves energy for use in the future. The quote also included info on my potential savings based on my current electricity charges. Unfortunately my budget won't extend to fitting panels at this stage. I saw a gap in the market for professional & reliable installers, there are many solar companies that give us a bad reputation for thier poor communication skills and unreliability

We are not salesman, we are professional qualified solar installers and electricians, we are happy to offer free no obligation quotes and advise witn no pressure to sign contracts

We initially speak to clients in the telephone and collate relevant information to carry out a remote design proposal and quotation, following that we can arrange for a site survey to be carried out
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we ensure that all relevant health and safety requirements are met including wearing masks in customers properties if required
