I was very impressed with Emma Bevan of Bevan Residential who attended in order to value and advise on the possible letting and management of an apartment my brothers and I have inherited from my mother.
Emma was very thorough and clearly knows her stuff. She spent time providing advice, suggesting opinions and was thoroughly professional.
There was no hard sell nor any pressure to agree to anything and as an independent agent Emma didn't have to spout any corporate claptrap.
