We provide a service for both the public and private sectors, our in-house entitlement advocate will liaise with Social Services to ensure our clients receive their full entitlement.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Established in 2020, Bespoke Buddies was developed to provide a tailored service with care and communication as a first point of call. Formulated by people who they themselves have lived through the issues of finding suitable aid for the ones they love.
Through this, a passion arose and the decision to create a bespoke care service began – one which cares for individuals in all aspects, including support with everyday life, obtaining benefits and other forms of funding, social and health care.
We have a dedicated team working with our clients ensuring professionalism and cleanliness is maintained throughout.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our clients and their care requirements range from home-maker/basic assistance to overnight aid, so we adapt and support each need accordingly. Whether you are elderly, disabled, suffering from a physical or mental health issue, we are able to tailor our care to suit each individual. We also work alongside medical staff and support both parties to ensure a bespoke package is delivered.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID-19 considerations:
All PPE for staff is provided where applicable
Weekly COVID testing provided for staff upon request
Bespoke Buddies
Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing and, when necessary, continence support
Helping with mobility – some customers need assistance getting around the home
Overseeing medication – all according to the customer’s care plan which we pride ourselves on tailored specifically to each person.
Household chores – help around the home, such as vacuuming or washing clothes
Preparing and cooking meals
Running errands – assisting with tasks such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
Day trips out for people with 12-24 hour care per day
