Handyman called and gave me a price for the job. Arrangements to start the job the following day. Handyman failed to appear the following day.
After two phone calls to find out what was the problem I received a call with apologies. Stated he would phone the following day to make further arrangements to attend. Two days later, no phone call.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I did send you an email on the address you provided offering you an alternative day to do the job. This was within the agreed timeframe of communicating. It would be also nice if you were accurate on your review as today is 1 day after the agreed communication day and not 2. Furthermore, on the original arranged date I was delayed on another job which I explained when I phoned you. I was meant to be there sometime after 12:30 and i phoned you around 2 pm. I offered my apologies and offered to come at 3:30 pm to do the job which you declined. Overall I do not think how I conducted myself is unreasonable for the circumstances.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the problem solving, creative and grounded aspect of my work. Having to apply my knowledge, skills and experiences to a different set of circumstances I find very satisfying. Trade work is grounded in the physical world and the improvement of people's lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love having my own business, being the driving force and have full ownership of successes or otherwise. It helps me becoming a better person and hearing the positive feedback and impact I have in the world, warms my heart and makes it so much more worthwhile.
