Removal and disposal of old, rodent infested fibreglass insulation, loft disinfection, lay of new 300mm insulation, raise flooring and reboard
Jake came on a Sunday to look at the attic when most people asked for photos/videos.
He gave us a detailed quote which was by far the most competitive! He did not try to upsell (unlike some big companies). He even offered to fill in some holes with expanding foam for free as we had rodents last winter.
He answered all our questions and was able to carry out the work the following Sunday (which was really convenient as we are not flexible during the week).
Jake arrived on time and left the place clean and tidy.
Our house already feels warmer and we recommend Jake 100%! More...

Rafter insulation with celotex good job

Cleared out my loft insulation and replaced with new to recommended amounts, loft was left tidy organised and they hoovered after themselves. 10/10

Jake communicated promptly and gave me a reasonably priced quote for loft insulation and hatch ladder installation. He was flexible with the work date. He removed old material from the loft and put new ones in. He also fitted a new ladder. But I would be hesitant to hire or recommend him as his job was not tidy or clean. He did not remove the TV antenna as promised and left our knife inside the loft insulation. But our biggest complaint is the loft door. He made a new door to accommodate the ladder. But it was done in haste and completely ugly, with almost 1-inch gap on three sides. It gave rise to massive draught. I pointed that out immediately and he agreed it needs to be replaced. He said he would come back next week but never did. I paid according to the agreement. A local carpenter charged me double that loft ladder. So overall thumb's down for me. More...

Did a great job in our loft in Winkfield to give us more storage space with a cramped house with a young baby. They left the house clean and tidy and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. 5* would definitely recommend!
