I've been seeing Bridget for a while now and it's been amazing working with her. She's incredibly gifted at what she does, makes me feel so welcome and cared for and her two dogs are great little companions in her work.
She meets me where I'm at, listens to what's going on for me or what I'd like to explore and makes suggestions on what we can do each week to support or grow in my spiritual journey. We've done reiki, some aromatherapy, a tarot reading, meditation amongst a few other things and I've always felt so safe and held with Bridget.
