What inspired you to start your own business?
Working with various clients with complex needs over the period of 19 years was the best experience to encourage me to set up this organisation. The experience gained working with various professionals successfully, enabled me to understand the importance of competence towards individuals health and social needs and expertise. Therefore, I believe that communication is central to successful caring relationships in addition to effective team working. one can say that, such experience led me to appreciate the importance of supporting and delivering a person-centred care for individual experiencing various challenges in communication, daily activities, maintaining independence and social skills alongside their medical conditions. 19 years experience working in health and social care industry as well as special needs schools for people with autism, mental health, learning disabilities, eating disorders, and individuals with dementia aspired to listen more to the clients voice. Therefore, we are passionate and commitment to deliver services that make clients feel they are a cornerstone of what we do as "We Care, At Heat"

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We adhere to the routine testing to ensure that our clients are protected in line with our policies and procedures. All our staff are fully vaccinated from management team to support workers. Our staff are aware of the consequences of not adhering to the COVID-19 policy and procedures, including infection control, and health and safety at work regulations.
Domiciliary Home Care Support Team
Our domiciliary services provide high-quality care that supports our clients to keep safe, comfortable in addition to living independently in their home preference. Beersheba Social Care Services is CQC registered and certified to provide personal care for individuals from 18 plus and beyond . We support people with intellectual disability, elderly, mental health along with daily activities such as shopping, preparing meals, and cleaning. All the workforce working for and on behalf of Beersheba, Social Care Services LTD, we understand our roles and responsibilities concerning safeguarding adults at risk. And know who to escalate concerns to in the organisation along with adhering to the management proceedings of service users' safety and well-being in line with the six principles of safeguarding service users. Full Training is a vital part of our strategy to effectively manage health and safety issues within our business. This has taught our staff to identify and deal with risks proactively and has resulted in significant improvements in health and safety performance. Beersheba Social Care Services ensures that the pre-assessment and care planning are the keys in ensuring that the service users are supported to express their view and be actively involved in making about their care, support, and treatment as much as possible. We offer our client the opportunity to access respite services to have a break whenever they need it. we also support our clients to have staff to support them on live-in basis in their home. we also support our clients to access supported living accommodation, and the transition period including assessment process based on a person centred framework. putting our clients at the heart of their care, preferences and support them to make informed decision as we provide our clients with relevant information. we work with distinct professionals, and adherence to policies and procedures is at the heart of our practice and service delivery.
