Bee Wise came to my property the following morning to view and quoted for repairs (Saturday) and then fixed the problem the following day (on a Sunday). To start with, my review is one of a handful of VERIFIED reviews of Bee Wise Roofing as at today the 6th of October, 2025. So before you make the same mistake of going by the number of reviews, kindly check if they are VERIFIED.
My experience with Bee Wise roofing was quite regrettable as their work was shoddy, hurriedly done, one could not believe any word from Thomas and he also refused to honour the warranty he had provided with his work as he seemed only interested in taking the money, he would not even turn up on schedule. After the shoddy work done by Bee Wise roofing, we unfortunately experienced our first internal leak from the roof valley they had works one and I brought in another roofer to sort out the mess which they traced to a missing bit of tile at the valley edge. The use of the narrower width of code-4 lead for the valley was noticed by a replacement roofer as this narrower lead did not cover the sides of the valley adequately, also the pointing did not seal the gaps properly and also they managed to avoid laying the rubber paint which Bee Wise had quoted and was paid for. They only seemed keen to be paid and move unto the next job (or next victim).

All in all, I will suggest you avoid the mistake I made by trusting the words from Thomas Watson of Bee Wise roofing nor is he capable of delivering a decent job as the replacement roofer said the following when he saw the mess "that work is disgraceful I hope u didn't pay for that". More...

We’re sorry to see this comment, as it does not reflect the facts of the job. We attended the property and supplied and fitted a new lead valley, as the existing one was damaged and no longer usable. All work quoted for was completed to a high standard, and Hafeez confirmed he was happy with the job before making full payment. Some time later, Hafeez reported water coming back through the soffit board. As the work was under guarantee, we agreed to return to inspect it. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, the visit had to be postponed. When we tried to arrange another date, Hafeez declined access and advised that entering the property would be considered trespassing, which prevented us from investigating further. We take pride in our workmanship and customer service, and we always honour our guarantees when given the opportunity to inspect and resolve any issues.

I would like to say a big thank you to Thomas and the bee wise roofing team for there hard work installing our new roof would recommend they also kept me updated and took lots of pictures of each step of the project at our property thank you lads
