Mark was very clean and tidy whilst sorting out an issue with our toilet. The original fitters had botched original installation of the toilet frustrating the repair somewhat. Mark explained everything; the process, what was required and parts needed. I have worked for myself for a number of years now and the main insipartion was to have control of what I do and the work that I complete.
