Barbara has been incredibly efficient in helping me overcome two different spells of anxiety on separate occasions. I've found her extensive knowledge of mental health incredibly reassuring, whether it's been emotional understanding, explaining the science behind mental health issues, offering guidance on medication, or introducing new thought patterns, Barbara's range of skills has help me overcome anxiety twice for which I am very grateful.

Barbera has changed my life for the better.
I have always been wary of councillors in terms of "will they understand me" and "how can talking possibly help" I went through a Mind referral and was put into group therapy which put my guard up and did not feel catered towards my needs, with a few people being the "stars of the show"
I can honestly say those feelings have been erased and counselling is now an intrinsic part of my life. It allows me to put my thoughts into perspective and react in a calmer and less manic way toward situations. Barbera is everything you want and expect, she is attentive to your needs, she does not make you feel unheard or "crazy" for how you feel, and she makes you think and reflect on your behaviour. The growth I feel I have made in a year is massively due to her and if you even feel momentarily therapy is something you need, or if you are not coping, I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Barbara for 5 years now and I’ve really benefited from our sessions.
She is professional but warm and kind and has really helped me to deal proactively with various issues I have experienced.
I am always confident that I can talk openly and honestly and that her advice and treatment is proactive and helpful. She offers many different solutions and types of therapy to deal with whatever I raise, and overall is the strength I need when I’m feeling a bit lost.
I would always recommend her highly and am thankful that I went to see her when I did. She has improved my way of thinking a great deal and life doesn’t seem so daunting nowadays.
