Ronnie was honest & trustworthy. His firm was competitively priced & job was completed to a high standard. Carried out painting and decorating plus laid a new laminate floor. Would use again.

We have recently engaged Bac2new decorators to completely repaint a large five bedroom, three reception house whilst working around family and contents.

From the outset communication has been good and we have been kept fully informed over colour charts, costs, work schedules and so forth.

Ronnie, ably assisted by ‘young Andy’, have worked both around and with us in moving furniture and associated ‘family treasures’ to allow the smooth flow of their work through the house.

We are delighted with the finished result and doubly so as a number of minor repairs were also effortlessly addressed in the process, in particular a chipped bath. I had asked if they knew anyone involved with that sort of repair and was merely told to ‘leave it with us’ two days later we effectively had a new bath – fantastic.

As we come to the end of their engagement I have a very happy wife which in turn will make my life that much easier, so thank you Ronnie and Andy.

NB. With regard to hidden costs of which we often hear in this line of work, they were contained to prodigious amounts of coffee and sugar, the dulcet sounds of Ronnie singing along to his Smooth FM and the embarrassment of dirt and old Christmas decorations revealed as furniture is moved, at least we benefit from a thorough spring clean and they are good with a vacuum!
