Firstly it has to be fit for purpose, Generally insulation is one of the first things to consider, with amenities, i. e drainage and plumbing being the main concerns .
How long have you been in business?
Since 1987 started with my father. When he retired continued with my Uncles and have been trading since.. all over London and the home home counties on Commercial and Domestic projects
What guarantee does your work come with?
Generally all work comes with a 20 year Guarantee, never been back on any of my jobs to put things right, apart from a bit of snagging here and there. Normal procedure in the building trade
What do you love most about your job?
Giving the customer exactly what they require with no hidden extras.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When i first started in this industry i was primarily only building the structures then found that the other trades were not as proficient so started taking on the whole package , and haven't looked back since
