My name is Ayoub, and I am writing to provide feedback on the services and care provided to my brother, Abdul, who has been living at Support and Enablement for the past 3 months.
Since Abdul moved to AV Support, we have been pleased with the level of support he receives. The staff members are attentive and respectful, making him feel comfortable and valued. Kelvin, in particular, has been exceptional in ensuring my brother is engaged in daily activities and feels included.
The variety of social and recreational activities offered is impressive, and Abdul enjoys participating in the weekly swimming and shopping activities. These activities have positively impacted his social skills and overall happiness. Additionally, the support has done a commendable job of ensuring his safety, especially given his health condition.
Communication with the staff has been clear and consistent. We appreciate the regular updates on Abdul's progress and any changes in his care plan.
Overall, we are satisfied with the support provided by AV Support. The staff's dedication and the safe environment have made a significant difference in Abdul's life. We hope to see continued focus on offering diverse and nutritious meal options and further opportunities for community engagement.
