our service includes :
-Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users in their homes according to their support plan.
-Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing, toileting, and medication monitoring, and/or providing help with these activities.
-Administering medications.
-Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
Supporting with domestic and daily living tasks, including cleaning.
-Helping service users access the community, socialize, and engage in leisure activities.
-Performing manual handling tasks and using equipment when necessary.
-Promoting the health, well-being, and independence of service users, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
-Being flexible to work various shift patterns, including alternating weekends.
-Maintaining accurate records to meet the service needs, and promptly observing and reporting any changes or concerns in service users' conditions or circumstances.
