Planning services includes a range of services that we offer:
1. Planning Advice
2. Pre-planning meetings
3. Provision of Architectural drawings of the existing and proposed development.
4. Submission of the Planning Application to the local authority and following the process until reaching a decision.
5. Preparation of the required statements for the planning, including the planning statement, design and access statement, heritage statement, etc.
6. Preparation of the required reports for the planning, including flood risk assessment, light analysis, arboricultural report, water report, drainage report, traffic, construction method statement (CMS), construction and traffic management plan (CTMP), etc.
Tender Package Services
Tender package services include a range of services that we offer:
1. Provision of Construction and Demolition drawings
2. Provision of Structural drawings.
3. Provision of Electrical, Mechanical, Lighting drawings
4. Provision of Interior and detailed drawings
5. Provision of Landscape drawings
3D Modelling
Provision of 3D / 2D modelling of the existing and proposed development including all required details. These can be later used for all other purposes such as planning, tender drawings, CGIs, sales and marketing, etc.
CGIs
Provision of photo-look-a-like images of the 3D model of the existing or proposed development to be used for planning purposes, presentations and meetings with the stakeholders and investors and pre-sale and marketing of the development.
